Social Work
A social worker is a professional who helps individuals, families, groups, and communities to enhance their well-being and improve their overall quality of life. They are trained to provide assistance, support, and interventions for people who are facing various challenges, such as poverty, abuse, mental health issues, homelessness, addiction, or disability.
Social Workers utilise their knowledge and expertise to assess clients' needs, develop personalised plans, and connect them with appropriate resources and services. They act as advocates for their clients, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the necessary support to address their unique circumstances.
Additionally, Social Workers often play a pivotal role in improving social policies and systems. They actively contribute to social welfare programs, community development initiatives, and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting social justice, equality, and inclusiveness.
Ultimately, Social Workers are dedicated professionals who strive to empower individuals and communities, promote positive change, and create a more compassionate and equitable society.

This technique helps you to identify how you are feeling and where you are holding onto that emotion in your body. Using your sense of smell to communicate with your limbic system to activate your memory complex and re-program your neural pathways. (The Limbic System is the complex network of structures located in the brain that plays a crucial role in processing and regulating emotions, memories, & behavior. and is responsible for influencing our mood, motivation, emotional responses, and overall well-being. The Limbic system also helps to form and consolidate memories by linking emotions to events.).
The final step in the process is to cement new, positive beliefs.
